Job Description

Key Areas of Responsibility 

  • Supports activation team in various deployment and configuration activities 
  • Identify and resolve issues observed during deployment and testing phase 
  • Identify and resolve issues observed during customer go-live as well as day-to-day operations

Other Required Qualifications  ·         

  • Excellent communication skill in Turkish and English Languages
  • Strong passion for learning and teaching others
  • Outgoing personality. 
  • Motivated and self-starting. 
  • Strong problem solving skills 
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with customers, management, peers and coworkers. 



  • Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience. 
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Cisco contact center solutions support from NOC or Customer Sites
  • Good working knowledge and Hands on in Cisco Contact centre Solutions, UCCEGood understanding on LAN / WAN / MPLS.
  • Experience in troubleshooting telecommunications equipment and technologies including TDM, T1, ISDN PRI etc. 
  • Very Good oral and written technical and non-technical communication skills.   
  • Also, the position demandsCo-ordination with various internal stake holders and external customers to execute various tasks of key deliverables
  • Proficiency in handling various tools and systems
