Job Description

At A Glance: 

Assists the Accounts Payable Manager in providing essential accounting functions for the company.


Key Responsibilities:


  • To ensure smooth running of Accounts Payable function.
  • To support the activities required for the implementation of the standard process according to the Global Finance Process, perform master data review and updates; perform open items cleansing and reconciliation.
  • Support the end to end processes of Invoice and Account Management, Prepayment/Guarantee and Deposit Management, Outgoing Payment Management, Supplier Dispute Management and Issue Resolution and Web Services rollout
  • Process Outgoing prepayments on daily basis
  • Invoices Registration, E-Billing maintenance and support
  • Local VCC maintenance and support (where applicable)
  • Supplier Dispute Management & Issue Resolution
  • Support Continuous Improvement Projects
  • Manage supplier account enquiries, including audit related requests.
  • Any tasks assigned by management

Candidate Profile:

  • Higher Education Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance or equivalent with 1 year relevant experience
  • Requires a good understanding of AP principles
  • Experience in Accounts Payable desirable
  • Supplier oriented, good negotiation and analytical skills
  • Strong MS Office knowledge, experience in working with SAP is desirable
  • Team player, detail oriented, results oriented, self-motivated with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize workloads for maximum effectiveness.
  • Languages: ENGLISH is essential
